Problem

High-security banknote paper mill prohibits internet access on-site, making traditional development and deployment impossible.

Solution

Air-gapped workflow: offline laptops for format analysis and in-plant testing, external development cycles, controlled transfer paths for deployment. Small provable checkpoints per visit with transparent scheduling communication.

What I Learned
